Buckley Real Estate ensure success by allocating a dedicated project team to every client, including Letting, Management, Social Media Expert, Maintenance and Cleaning Staff, led by a Senior Executive and supported by accountants and retained solicitors for legal advice.

We provide a unique online contact service for tenants where they can log any issues, even out of hours. This ensures an efficient resolution and traceability, protecting both landlord and tenant.

Rent Collection Service

  • Rents are collected by standing order and reconciled monthly.
  • Tenants with late rent are contacted without delay to ensure payment is made.
  • We monitor the tenancy to ensure a pattern of late rents does not develop.
  • When required, we follow due process to tenant to quit, in line with legislation.

Point of Contact

Buckley Real Estate is the tenant point of contact, providing peace of mind to our Landlords.

  • 24 hour emergency call out service
  • We arrange repairs and any maintenance issues with agreed spend
  • We have our own team for regular maintenance to keep costs and disruption
  • We carry out Management Inspections and inventory at the start and end of each tenancy.
  • Videographer review of property with film uploaded to our online system for viewing by the landlord at any time.
